Google Started Displaying Developer's Full Legal Name and Physical Address Under App Support

It looks like Google started displaying the developer's full legal name and physical address under App support - About the developer (this is a new section). It seems they started showing this for new accounts and possibly accounts that have been verified, that probably means that as soon as you do the new account verification on the Play Console, your full legal name and address will also start showing on your app's Play Store page. What do you think about this? For me this is a big privacy/safety concern.

How to Check on Play Store ?

Under the ”App support -) About the developer” section, Google has started displaying the developer's full legal name, mobile number and home address to anyone who visits the app's page on the internet. Currently, this change applies to new developer accounts, but it will extend to existing accounts in the near future.

Can we Hide it From Play Store ?

Google will display your legal name, your country (as per your legal address) and developer email address on Google Play. If you decide to monetise on Google Play, then Google will display your full address.

As your account is a personal account, your legal name and address will be taken from the Google payments profile that you linked to your developer account during account creation.

While checking, the information visible in the store is the name, email address and country seen from the creation of your account.
